George Kijurina
Director - Business Development
George has an extensive career in senior consultancy roles. Primarily in sales and business development focusing on facilities services over a period of more than 35 years.
After his engagement within the Australian Defence Forces, George commenced his sales career by becoming a successful sales agent with the AMP society. He went on to develop a large international freight forwarding company which was also sold and acquired by the TNT Group of companies where George went on to become the National Business Development Manager for Comet International.
He then went on to establish a very successful Facilities Services master franchise in NSW and the ACT growing the business to over 195 franchisees with several hundred clients including quite a number of National and blue-chip clients and getting listed in the BRW top 100 Fastest Growing Franchise’s.
Through territorial and national development roles and crossing different industries and service sectors over the 35 years including property development, education, aged care, health, medical and retirement living, George has developed many great relationships across a large network of senior executives and leaders in many of the associated industries.
George has built a significant network of business contacts based on his strong ability to build trust, respect, and constantly delivering on client expectations through outstanding customer service.

Peter Alward
Principal Advisor
Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in the health, retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality property arenas in Australia, south-east Asia, and the Pacific. He has led diverse teams of professionals in the areas of strategy and visioning, social enterprise, engineering, construction, planning and development, due diligence, valuation, legal, financial, facilities and asset management. Peter has extensive senior executive level experience at board level with a diverse range of property groups throughout Australia. Until recently he was a Senior Executive and Trustee at The Salvation Army, and Aged Care Plus, he was also on commercial and government boards at The Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, having managed large and diverse property portfolios around Australia valued at up to $5 billion. He is currently a Non-Executive Board Director of Pacific Link Housing a Community Housing Provider, and Key2 Realty a social enterprise real estate agency.
Qualifications:
Engineering Trades, Diploma in Business, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rohan McDonald
Construction and Development
Rohan owns and manages a number of companies that provides services including building inspections, residential and commercial maintenance.
Over recent years as a senior executive, Rohan has been been responsible for the facilities, assets and development management of large portfolios of properties including the Catholic Diocese of Maitland and Newcastle and the Salvation Army, where he reported directly to the Director
At the Salvos, Rohan managed a property portfolio in 1,600 locations over 3 states with a value over $2B and an annual operating budget of $2.5M for the departmental team, he provided guidance and oversight to the PNG territory for property developments
Rohan has extensive experience, operational building and construction management including project management, financial management, selection and deployment of IT systems and development of annual budgets, including P&L, for organisations in relation to property asset and capital projects.

Shane Strong
Principal Advisor
Shane is a highly skilled property industry executive with more than 25 years of industry experience right across the eastern seaboard.
With expert knowledge across the whole property lifecycle he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the government, commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors with experience in project management, development, design management, property acquisition, transaction management, construction and consultancy.
An accomplished leader with a strategic mind for business, Shane understands the true value of strong relationships and trust. Having developed one of the best networks in the business he is able to connect people with property and opportunities where others simply can’t.
Shane runs a successful Property Buyer’s Agency business and consults to several businesses assisting them with strategic direction and growth plans. He has held board positions with charity organisations and is especially proud of the work he is involved with in providing homes for homeless youth through the Property Industry Foundation.
