Health Properties Project Marketing (HPPM) was founded initially as a project-specific facilitator.
We realized that doctors particularly are 'time-poor', and that the Australian community's health services needs are not being adequately catered for. The need was evident, for a facilitator such as HPPM, to identify Health service gaps and deliver turn-key solutions.
Property developers are quite risk-averse. Many agents avoid the challenge of dealing with doctors and Allied Health professionals. HPPM has acted very successfully as a conduit between the medical profession and property developers.
We have pro-actively and successfully conceptualized, initiated, and marketed Health projects, delivering great outcomes for our developer clients, as well as medical professionals and our community. HPPM becomes an integral part of the Project Control Group (PCG), representing the best interests of the developer, liaising with and briefing architects and designers, identifying Health service gaps and helping doctors tap into new areas of opportunity, in state-of-the-art, custom-designed and fit-for-purpose Health care complexes.
