His broad-based industry experience includes Insurance, Banking, Travel, Freight, Aviation, Teaching, Real Estate, Property Development, Health & Aged Care Projects and Construction. His diverse & valuable expertise includes: new business origination & development, particularly in niche-markets. – Advanced skills in prospecting, closing sales, marketing, networking, project facilitation, teamwork and motivation.
Peter facilitated the first successful airlift of four rare black rhinos, from the USA to Australia, enlisting the assistance of the RAAF for a Hercules uplift, from Sydney, across the Blue Mountains, to Dubbo’s Western Plains Zoo.

Health Properties Project Marketing (HPPM) was founded initially as a project-specific facilitator.
We realized that doctors particularly are 'time-poor', and that the Australian community's health services needs are not being adequately catered for. The need was evident, for a facilitator such as HPPM, to identify Health service gaps and deliver turn-key solutions.
Property developers are quite risk-averse. Many agents avoid the challenge of dealing with doctors and Allied Health professionals. HPPM has acted very successfully as a conduit between the medical profession and property developers.
We have pro-actively and successfully conceptualized, initiated, and marketed Health projects, delivering great outcomes for our developer clients, as well as medical professionals and our community. HPPM becomes an integral part of the Project Control Group (PCG), representing the best interests of the developer, liaising with and briefing architects and designers, identifying Health service gaps and helping doctors tap into new areas of opportunity, in state-of-the-art, custom-designed and fit-for-purpose Health care complexes.

Peter Alward has more than 30 years’ experience in the health, retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality property arenas in Australia, south east Asia and the Pacific. He has led diverse teams of professionals in the areas of strategy and visioning, social enterprise, engineering, construction, planning and development, due diligence, valuation, legal, financial, facilities and asset management.
Peter has extensive senior executive level experience at board level with a diverse range of property groups throughout Australia. Until recently he was a Senior Executive and Trustee at The Salvation Army, he was also on commercial and government boards at The Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, having managed large and diverse property portfolios around Australia valued at up to $5 billion. He is a currently a Non-Executive Board Director of Youth Connections Group and Pacific Link Housing , based on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
